That was funny but I think there is only about 3 of us in this forum that will feel that way. I've learned just to keep my comments to myself and watch every thing disintegrate.

What amazes me is these politicians stay in front of cameras to make sure people are at each others throats while discussing politics. Then they all sit together in lounges having mixed drinks and laughing.
Obama is the best thing to come along in Jimmy Carters life. November should take care of a lot of this insanity. People wanted change, they didn't want this.

I did my part in the South Carolina primary. If they were an incumbent I voted against them. Time for a new slate

It was ok to knock the previous pres. This guy is unreal.. I DIDN'T knock the previous "pres" until he had several years into his term and had started a war in Iraq. Even then, I didn't knock him until everytime the idiot was asked what his motivation for that war was he'd refer to September 11th. In the meantime, thousands of our troops died because he doesn't understand geography or when to admit he f'd up and get them the hell out of there. I have immense anger with him over that. Not to mention, all the other bullshit. Like supporting deregulation that helped this country start an economic downslide. And all the lies........ Now, of course, Obama is supposed to step up to the plate and perform a miracle in a short time. Maybe that is why all of the haters keep referring to him as the Messiah. Because that's what it would take to fix everything in such a short time. So...just a reminder...he's NOT the Messiah.

Progressives are going to have to open their minds to the fact democrats will not be in power after the November elections. I agree Obama could not correct problems over night but what is the excuse for him screwing up lots of new things?
Create more debt in 2 years than Bush did in 4. Oil filling the gulf due to lack of action on the part of the Federal government i.e. honoring Gov Jindals requests. Continued high employment, last jobs report shows the majority of the jobs created were with the census bureau. I could go on and on. He's been in office 2 years now. Time to stop blaming the idiot Bush for problems that were created long after Bush left office.
People are totally fed up with incumbents. The proof is here in South Carolina. We had a candidate named Alan Greene. Ran for the SC senate race democratic primary against Vick Rawl. He was an unemployed veteran who was living with his parents. No political experience.
Mr Rawl was a 3 time state representative who was also a retired judge. Mr Rawl spent $186,000 for airtime and signs. Mr. Greene raised no money, spent no money, had no signs, attended no political events, did no campaigning.
Mr Greene won the primary with 59% of the vote. He will face off with Jim DeMint in November.
As for the don't speak for me, no problem, wasn't doing that. But I hate to say you guys arn't a majority. When even MSNBC and CNN are now criticizing Obama the hand writing is on the wall. Oberman has been ripping him a new one past couple days. Yes I watch both sides of the discussion.
I do not believe the incumbents will not be tossed because of Obama. I believe they will be tossed because many people are like me and are fed up with all politicians no matter what party they are with.

Very good read. When Obama come on the scene I was doing a bunch of background on him. I'm the kind I don't believe the media, I want to know for myself. So, I read two of Saul Alinksy's books. One scary dude. Obama is following the playbook to the letter. But, those in love with Obama will never do the research. Just like the Republicans who loved Bush would never check into his past to see what a screw up he was and how many businesses he destroyed. The best informative source I have seen why us "little" people will never matter to Republicans is Michael Moore's movie "Capitalism, a love story". That's why I've said for a while now, you can't win with either party. It's Marxism or rich looking out for rich.
