Gotta call bullshit on this one.

DAYTONA BEACH -- In its first month of handing out red light camera citations, Daytona Beach issued 3,100 to drivers.
According to city officials, the majority of those citations went to rolling stop violators, which are drivers who do not come to a complete stop at a red light and turn right.
But Daytona Beach motorists are confused.
The city also put up signs alerting drivers about the red light cameras.
They show a picture of a traffic light and read "photo enforced, includes right turn."
Drivers News 13 spoke with said they interpret that sign to mean they cannot turn on red.
However, Daytona Beach spokesperson Susan Cerbone said the sign means drivers can turn after they've come to a complete stop at the intersection.
I am fully aware that the law says you have to come to a complete stop before turning right on red, but I've seen very few people actually do this. If I start coming to a complete stop I bet I get rear-ended within 6 months because some drivers behind me will be looking to their left and not at me while rolling forward.
Also, the wording is confusing. I've already heard 1 interviewed person who said he'll just wait for the green before he turns right. I can see this leading to a lot of road rage.
I'm all for using red light cameras to ticked red-light runners, but rolling-stoppers? It seems to me they're using those cameras more as a source of income than for our safety.
Just my 2ยข. Or should I say my $150 since that's what these tickets cost.
