Let me just say Terry Jones is worse then an Islamic terrorist. He was told that what he was going to do would cause. He ignored it and he got innocent people killed.

IncogNito, I hit a nerve with you I guess, or your just a little too sensitive. You have jumped to conclusions and I guess I need to go over it a little better. What is wrong with dropping a bomb in the lap of fanatical terrorists? Those very terrorist who want to kill as many Americans as they can. We have become very good at targeting with precision bombing those who plot and wish to kill us. I am not talking about dropping a bomb on innocent citizens! I do wish those innocent citizens, as well as Muslims in our country would condemn these acts carried out by people of their own faith. I do a lot of research and I seen very little condemnation or remorse from Muslims. By the way, I do have an open mind. Ask the people on this forum that know me. I said in my intial post that Terry Jones was just as bad as Bin-Laden. Again your quote below: Need I remind you when Barb said twice shoot the Westboro Baptist people, and when BeeGee seconded it with a hot bullet castration you said "I like the hot bullet idea personally". Sounds kinda like an extremist's statement doesn't it?? How many people has the Westboro congregation killed? Yes, they are kooks that need to be dealt with too. Just as the fanatical Muslim/Islam idiots. THOSE are the ones you can't appease. I read what it said below your avatar so I know you are always right!

MAK, thank you for explaining. The A-bomb statement was just not something I could wrap my brain around. I don't know a terrorist or Terry Jones who should be locked up, but I do know people in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some from working for a time in refugee camps. They were devote Christians. Like terry Jones the fundamentalist just don't care what their actions bring about. I remember one woman who would beg every female working in camp to take her child and I wonder who and how the child is today.
Even without the explanation I planed to apologize. So I am sorry and I was out of line. Anytime I have to rethink a post I should learn to not hit the post button. It is a lesson I can't seem to get down.

It's cool. I never said 'A' bomb, but I can understand that it seemed that is what I meant as I have heard many people suggest that very thing. Also, I should've been more clear to begin with...and...I too hit the send button a little too quickly at times. I am somewhere in between Mr. Moderator ..so I guess I am a Moderate. :veryhappy: That said you will see me lean a little to the left at times, and you will see me lean a little to the right at times. Also, I don't mind being called on satements, becasue a lot of times I learn. Happy posting! ;D

Can't be held on war crimes. It runs along the line of freedom of speech. I can get up and say what the hell I like with out regard to anyone or anything. That being said it isn't without cost. Terry Jones does not have the support of the people he took over Dove from. He is down from 100 members to some where between 30 and 50 with most Sundays less then 30 in attendance. Last Sunday there were 11 in church. His anger is costing him his livelihood. Not fast enough for me but his life is over compared to what it was. Once he is forced to sell this place there is no church that will take him as leadership. It isn't happen fast enough but we can blame the press for that. They need to turn off the cameras and let the man fade away into nothingness.
